With the constant rise in the use of electricity to power the world, the rise of Electric cars and everything that comes with them such as charging points and carports and renewable energy generation sources overtaking fossil fuels there couldn’t be a better time to become an Electrician! You could soon be earning a great income and enjoying life as a qualified electrician. Qualified electricians earn on average £31,000 per year. Which can increase to £60,000+ as you gain more experience within the industry.

Our courses work around your current circumstances, we make it easy for you to be able to study for a new career as a tradesperson. We have a success rate of over 10,000 people becoming qualified each year. We provide all the knowledge, expertise and guidance you need to succeed.

There are 2 courses for you to choose from, both of which have all the material and guidance you need to finish with recognised qualifications. Learning with us is also a great stepping stone to starting your own business, which many of our students go on to doing with great success. You’ll be learning from home and in our state of the art sites to complete your NVQ level 3 qualification.

Domestic Electrical Installer​
  • Part P Defined Scope
  • City & Guilds 2382 – 18th Edition of the IET Wiring Regulations
  • Part P Full Scope
  • City & Guilds 2365 Level 2 Diploma in Electrical Installations (Building and Structures)
  • City & Guilds 2392 – Certificate in Fundamental Inspection, Testing and Initial Verification
Professional Electrician
  • Part P Defined Scope
  • City & Guilds 2382 – 18th Edition of the IET Wiring Regulations
  • Part P Full Scope
  • 2391-52 Level 3 Award in inspection and testing
  • City & Guilds 2365 Level 3 Diploma in Electrical Installations (Building, Structures)
  • City & Guilds 2392 – Certificate in Fundamental Inspection, Testing and Initial Verification
  • AM2 (Achievement Measurement 2) Assessment

Please note that all examinations and assessments are conducted by an accredited external organisation and all BPEC qualifications are delivered through BPEC approved training centres

When Qualified you will be ready for...

  • Work as a fully qualified electrician running your own business or working for a firm.
  • Carry out periodic inspection and testing of electrical equipment.
  • Install systems and equipment in homes and commercial properties.
  • Installing air-conditioning units
  • Install cabling, fit electrical equipment and test circuits in home environments.
  • Work on commercial maintenance contracts, perhaps for hotels, restaurants and offices etc.
